Local Ancestry Pipeline

This is an overview of the ancestry-specific analyses we use. Local ancestry assignments along phased genotypes detected via RFMix (top left) enable us to carry out analyses using ancestry-specific genome blocks: (a) ancestry-specific identity-by-descent segment analysis, (b) ancestry-specific tract length distribution analysis, and (c) ancestry-specific principal component analysis (PCA) and multidimensional scaling (MDS).
